A native Californian, Bob Jones has been a pastor in Pennsylvania, Kansas, and California, has taught preaching in seminary, served as Hospice Chaplain, and is now Chaplain at Spring Lake Village retirement community in Santa Rosa. He has degrees from Cal, Princeton Seminary, and a doctorate from the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley where Robert Hass served on the committee for a dissertation on Emily Dickinson. Publications include three books, several articles, and a number of poems. He has read his work at the Duncan's Mills Poetry Series, Garbo's (Remember that?), and elsewhere. Bob is married to Arline, who taught at Guerneville School for almost thirty years. They have two daughters and four grandchildren.
